Wendy is a Celebrity Mii.

Wendy's is an international fast food chain. They are notable for their Twitter account, and having officially made Super Mario Maker 2 levels promoting their brand. Their Mii is representing the Wendy's logo/mascot.

Wendy was obtained via the Super Mario Maker 2 profile for the official Wendy's account (Maker ID: DDP-08P-10G).

Her Mii name in her Mii data file is Wendy. Her height is set to 58 and her build is set to 42. Her Mii ID is as follows: 1A DF F1 F6 CF B8 44 A4 98 FE F5 E4 58 A6 6C 07

Her Mii data file contains unused Mii data. Her mouth color is set to the second default option. Her mustache is moved down by 1 and her facial hair color is set to default colors row 2 column 3. Her glasses are moved down by 1. According to the official Wendy's Twitter account, they have no idea where this unused Mii data came from. Additionally, her favorite color is sky blue, which can not be seen in Super Mario Maker 2.
