Rudy
Rudy is a Mii from the Switch.
Rudy originally appeared as the default Mii for the Greenhorne town's Sarcastic Guy role in Miitopia (Switch, Demo). He later appeared in the full game of Miitopia (Switch). Once the player replaces him with a Mii of their choice, Rudy would never appear again, unless that Mii is deleted. His Mii data file can be found in \cmn\storedata\npc_default_mii.sarc and is named Town00_SarcasmMan.charinfo.
His Mii name in his Mii data file is イヤミ, which translates to "sarcasm". His height is set to 100 and his build is set to 59. His Mii ID is as follows: 4D 17 47 9E FE EA 44 F6 BA 15 57 FB 01 DC 0F 4C
His Mii data file does not contain any unused Mii data.

Rudy's role in Miitopia (the Sarcastic Guy) is described as so:

He seems to bear resemblance to a Mii featured in Miitopia (3DS) promo art, as it seems a handful of the Miitopia Switch default Miis were based around Miis that appeared in promo art for the original game, but there are still visible differences between Rudy and the promo art Mii.
The names of the default Miis in Miitopia Switch often vary drastically depending on region. Rudy's name on the Mii Library is going off of the US English version, for consistency. A chart containing all of Rudy's names is located at the bottom of this page.
Image appearances
Rudy appears in promo art for Miitopia (Switch), on the face of the Cerberus monster, along with Clara (Switch) and Ernie. Note that this monster only takes the faces of some of the heroes, while Rudy is the Sarcastic Guy.

While Rudy himself does not appear in any official promo art, a very similar Mii does appear in promo art for Miitopia (3DS), where he's given the Cat job. Note differences in his design, like skin color.
