Harano

(Wii Fit)

Notice

This Mii is based on a real person.

There will be some information about the real person on this page, but because privacy is important, this information is very limited. The pages on this site are meant to focus primarily on the Miis, so this site is not the place for information on the person. Read more here.

Harano is a Mii from the Wii.

You may get them confused with Harano (WarioWare)!

Harano (Wii Fit) originally appeared as one of the 65 Miis to be included with Wii Fit. Since then, he's appeared in Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus, and goes unused in Wii Fit U. In all of these games, his internal ID is 064. His Mii data filename is mii_064.rsd in Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus, and mii_064.ffsd in Wii Fit U. He only appears in the Wii Fit Staff Credits, and while Wii Fit Plus allows viewing the first game's staff credits, Wii Fit U removed that feature, making Harano go unused in that game.

He has Mingling turned off. His Mii name in his Mii data file is はらの. His height is set to 116, and his build is set to 56. In his Wii U/3DS-format Mii data file, he was originally created on a Wii (1).

His Mii data file does not contain any unused data.

Information

His name never appears in-game or in any official text. The name "Harano" comes from his Mii data file. The same is true for the other Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus Miis.

Harano (Wii Fit) is the last of four Miis that appear exclusively in the Wii Fit Staff Credits. He is also the last Mii to fade into the scene when viewing the credits, punching a sandbag. This is his only appearance.

In game, Matsui and Mineo are wearing regular shirts, while Maeda and Harano (Wii Fit) are wearing hoodies.

A photo of Shunichi Harano in real life is shown on the left. His birthday is on September 26th. He has black hair in the photo but his Mii's hair is brown, meaning he's either since dyed his hair or the Mii is an original character and the name "Harano" was simply used as a namesake. He's credited as a motion capture supervisor in the Wii Fit Staff Credits. This is the only game on the Mii Library he's credited in.

Image appearances

Harano (Wii Fit) unfortunately does not appear in any promo art released.

Below is a screenshot from Wii Fit (USA) showing all four Miis that appear exclusively in the Wii Fit Staff Credits. Harano (black, second from the left) appears punching a sandbag.
